If we also ask for a personalized preparation, we cannot go late to purchase. Being the first customer is always a joy to the seller, especially if he is superstitious.
Have clear ideas of "what and how much" you want to buy. You have to have clear ideas, "what" and "how much" fish are we going to buy, before leaving home. That way there will be no leftovers. It does not work to leave it for the next day because no one likes to repeat. Think that is a highly perishable product and it would lose quality.
Give a complete tour of the market before deciding to purchase. It is highly recommended to see all the fish offers there are. Not only it will help us to choose the best product and best price, but at the end of the tour we might have a new idea for a new dish, in case we did not have clear thoughts that day.
